4. Payment Terms

Payment is based on replied leads as outlined in our pricing structure. Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

All content, features, and functionality of AstronVex are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

AstronVex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
